Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa under Short-Term Stream

Subclass 482 TemporarySkill Shortage (TSS) visa has 3 different streams -

1. Short-Term Stream

2. Medium-Term Stream

3. Labour Agreement Stream

Nominatied occupation listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) on IMMI 18/048 at the time the nomination is lodged will be in the Short-Term Stream.

The Short-term stream allows for a maximum two-year term of employment, unless an International Trade Obligation (ITO) applies.

Visa applicant who have held more than one subclass 482 TSS visa in the Short-term stream, will NOT be eligible to apply for another visa in this stream whilst they are in Australia, unless an ITO applies.
